ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the premises bearing No.13-6-165/18A1, situated in front of Srikanth Lodge, P.K.Layout, Tirupati, Chittoor District and also in seeking to disconnect power supply to the said premises as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Sri G.Sundaresan, learned counsel representing Sri

P.Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has shifted his business from the premises in question and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 15.09.2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.31859 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
