The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners herein in Cr.No.127 of 2013 of Kothagudem-I Police Station, Khammam District. There is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating agency, after completion of investigation in Cr.No.127 of 2013, has filed charge-sheet and the same is numbered as C.C.No.417 of 2013.

In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
