When the matter up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 submits that subsequent to the filing of the present Criminal Petition seeking anticipatory bail, the petitioner/A.1 has been arrested and, therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
