HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.11576 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the action of the 1st respondent in rejecting the request of the 2nd petitioner institution through proceedings in Letter No.395/TE/A2/2018-3, dated 15-03-2018 for change of name of the affiliating university from the 3rd respondent to 4th respondent enabling the 2nd petitioner-institution to obtain affiliation from the 4th respondent university for conducting technical (UG &PG) courses from the academic year 2018-19.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the interim order of this Court dated 26-04-2018, the respondent-authorities passed the order dated 23-05-2018 rejecting the application of the petitioners and the petitioners challenged the same in WP.No.21876 of 2018.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
