HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to have purchased Ac.3.00 guntas inSy.No.61/B (part) of Shahjadiguda village, Gram Panchayat Ravalkol, Medchal district in the year 2005 through a registered sale deed. Petitioner alleges that in spite of request made to issue pattadar pass book and title deeds, they were not issued. It appears and as fairly submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, so far name of petitioner is not mutated in the revenue records. Without mutation, pattadar pass books and title deeds cannot be issued. Therefore, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. This order does not come in the way of petitioner in submitting appropriate application as required under the Telangana Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, to mutate his name in the revenue records and thereon, to issue pattadar pass book and title deeds. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
