This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.3 in Crime No.257 of 2015 of K.P.H.B. Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
