Heard Sri Rathnakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 09.09.2011 and the developments that have taken place during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner is not pressing for further relief and requests the court to make the interim order as final order. The same is not opposed by the respondents.

3. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
