This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to open locker No.133 with the 3rd respondentBank in the presence of the petitioner and deposit the cash of Rs.8,00,000/- in the denomination of Rs.1,000/- and 500/- pending finalization of Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos.996 and 997 of 2016 in F.I.R.No.03/RCA-CIU/Hyd-2015 on the file of Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases at Visakhapatnam. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the last date for depositing the demonetized currency in the banks, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to open the locker No.133 in the presence of the petitioner and if any cash is available, the same shall be deposited with the 3rd respondentBank by way of Fixed Deposit in connection with the above crime.
