ORDER

The petitioner, who is A1 in Cr.No.440 of 2014 of Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that on an earlier occasion, this Court, vide order dated 24.03.2015 in Crl.P.No.2300 of 2015, while rejecting to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed the Investigating Officer to follow the conditions stipulated in Section 41 Cr.P.C., and also the judgment of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another[1] before taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. Therefore, the present criminal petition for the self same relief is not maintainable.
