When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of notice being issued to his clients, there is no response and in these circumstances, he is constrained to report no instructions.

It is seen that it is an old matter of the year 2010. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
