Counsel for the appellant:

Mr. Prabhakar Sripada Counsel for the respondents: Mr. B. Narasimha Sarma The Court made the following:

HCJ & Dr.SA, J W.A.No.577 of 2019 Dt: 10-07-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 07-06-2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in IA.No.1 of 2019 in WP.No.10421 of 2019, whereby the learned Single Judge has refused to extend the interim order, and to direct the respondents to renew the contract of catering with the appellant. Since the writ petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge, and since the appellant would like an early disposal of his writ petition, this Court requests the learned Single Judge to decide the case as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, this appeal stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
