Government Pleader for Forests, on instructions, states that the fishing orders were issued by the 3rd respondent on 29.03.2018 to the 4th respondent for harvesting fish in Peddacheruvu, Munugode Village, Nalgonda District.

In view of the same, the cause in this Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
