CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.21863 of 2017 Dated:11.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 29-07-2016 passed in OA.No.2950 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administration Tribunal, Hyderabad, set aside the same and as a sequel, allow Original Application No.2950 of 2016."

As the petitioner has not been filing proof of service on respondent No.5, this Court has passed the following order on 22.8.2017:

"Memo, dated 17.07.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner shows that the notice sent to respondent No.5 has been returned with the endorsement "for want of door number".

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to send fresh notice to respondent No.5 to her correct address and file proof of the same by the next date of hearing, failing which, the writ petition would stand automatically dismissed. ."

Post on 11.09.2017."

Mr. Y.Prasad, learned counsel representing Mr. B.Sesi Bhushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that notice could not be served on respondent No.5. As the petitioner failed to serve notice on respondent No.5, the Writ Petition stood automatically dismissed by operation of order, dated 22.8.2017.

CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.21863 of 2017 Dated:11.9.2017 As a sequel, WPMP.No.26905 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.
