THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1035 OF 2006 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing a letter, dated 27.07.2016, issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Nuzvid Police Station, Krishna District, would submit that the appellants/A.1 and A.3 died. She also filed the Death Certificates of the petitioners/A.1 and A.3. The Death Certificate issued by the Births and Deaths Registrar, Grama Panchayat, Vissannapeta would show that Shaik Jilani, S/o Moula (A.1) died on 22.06.2008. Similarly, Death Certificate issued by the Births and Deaths Registrar, Grama Panchayat, Agiripalli, would show that Gollapalli Kishore, S/o Israyelu (A.3) died on 12.12.2010.

In that view, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J 19.06.2018 pln
