HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P. M.P. No.11624 of 2015 WRIT PETITION No.6642 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The petitioner and respondents 1, 2 and 4 are present in Court and they are identified by their respective counsel (Sri B.S. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri N. Sriram Murthy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent; and, Smt. B. Mohana Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 4). Learned counsel for the parties submit that the compromise was arrived at between the parties to this Writ Petition; and it would suffice if, instead of adjudicating the Writ Petition on its merits, the terms of the compromise are recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

The petitioner and respondents 1, 2 and 4 state that they have read the terms of compromise, they have understood its contents, and they have voluntarily agreed to its terms and have affixed their signatures in token thereof. The terms of compromise are signed by the parties to this Writ Petition and their respective counsel. As the said terms of compromise would only bind the parties to the compromise and their representatives and none else, and as they claim to have voluntarily entered into this compromise, the W.P.M.P. No.11624 of 2015 is, accordingly, ordered. Consequently, in terms of the compromise recorded in W.P.M.P. No.11624 of 2015, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
