THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13841 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have not been registering the FIR against respondent Nos.6 to 9 on her complaint dated 10.08.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 29.07.2019, wherein it is stated that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, FIR No. 307 of 2019 has been registered on 10.07.2019 against respondent Nos.6 to 9 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. He has also placed before this Court a copy of the FIR.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ petition.

In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
