HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in/and Criminal Petition No.2877 of 2013 ORDER :

The petitioners 1 to 7 are the A.1 to A.7 in Cr.No.23 of 2013 on the file of Maredpalli Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.323, 379, 447, 448, 452,352, 384, 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC, on the report of the 2nd and 3rd respondents/ defacto-complainants. I.A.No.2 of 2019 filed by A.1-K.Vijayalakshmi, to permit Special Power of Attorney to represent A.2 and A.3 who are her brother and sister-in-law, is allowed.

The petitioners A.1, A.4 to A.7 as well as the defacto-complainants along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.1 of 2019 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.7 in Cr.No.23 of 2013 on the file of Maredpalli Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioners are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
