It is stated by counsel for petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for GHMC that the condition imposed on 22.07.2015 in the proceedings issued by the GHMC to obtain the remarks of the District Collector on ownership, have since been deleted by proceedings dt.13.04.2018 issued by the GHMC. So the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. 2.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
