HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1746 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Having regard to the prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R and as the investigation is in progress, it is not apposite to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 that the petitioners are aged persons and A.3 is a retired employee, the police of Subedari Police Station, Warangal Urban district, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A.2 & A.3 shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
