THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.634 of 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.1 of 2012 from the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Atchampet and transfer the same to the Additional District Judge, Wanaparthy to be tried along with O.S.No.10 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer O.P. with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded. 4.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
