Sri K. Maheswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant - Insurance Company, addressed a letter, dated 28.07.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the present appeal on the ground that the matter was settled out of Court.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled out of Court.
