RESPONDENT Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the time stipulated in the Common Order dated 1010212021 passed in W.P. No.16279 of 2O2O (i.e. W.P.No.15758 ol 2O2O and batch) by granting a fresh period of four weeks permitting the Petitioner/their authorized representatives to inspect the relevant documents and take exlracts of the same from the Respondent Bank.

This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, Senior Counsel for Sri Vikram Pooserla, Counsel for the petitioner and Sri E. [t4adan lVlohan Rao, SC for SBI for the Respondent, the Court made the following: ORDER This application is filed seeking to enlarge the time stipulated in the common order dated 10.02.2021 in W.P.No.16279 of 2020 and batch. This Court disposed of batch of writ petitions i.e., W.P.No.15758 of 2020 & batch, on 10.2.202'1, whereunder the petitioner was permitted to inspect the relevant documents and to take extracts of the same and granted liberty to the respondent-Banks to take into account the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not inspect the documents within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. Learned Senior Counsel seeks extension of time so as to enable the petitioner to inspect the documents in pursuance of the common order passed by this Court on 10.02.2021 in W.P.No.

il2il Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent contended that two weeks time was granted by this Gourt and due to Covid Pandamic, the petitioner perhaps could not inspect the documents and appropriate orders may be passed.

Having considered the said submissions, the application is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to inspect the documents and to submit explanation. lt is always for the respondent-Bank to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner in terms of the common order dated 10.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15758 of 2020 and batch.
