HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION NO.19118 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents Nos.1 to 3 in not taking any action for removal of encroachments on the public road and in not disposing of the representation dated 1.6.2011 made by the petitioners to the 1st respondent, and the representations dated 19.4.2011, 16.4.2011 and 6.5.2011 made to respondents Nos.2 and 3, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct respondents Nos.1 to 3 to remove the encroachments made by respondents Nos.4 to 6 on the public road.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioners is that the representations made by them to respondents Nos.1 to 3 for removal of encroachments made by the unofficial respondents on the public road, have not been considered so far.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "Respondents Nos.1 to 3 are directed to consider the representations made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law."

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ Justice Raja Elango Dated: 13.3.2017.
