Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the challenge laid in the present petitions to the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is a subject matter of several petitions pending in different State High Courts and one such petition, registered as Transfer Petition No.1034 of 2020, was listed before the Supreme Court where several petitions pending before different State High Courts including this court have been allowed to be transferred to the Supreme Court for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that insofar as the present petitions are concerned, respondent No.3/Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India has filed Transfer Petition No.1202 of 2020, which was listed before the Supreme Court on 03.12.2020 and the same has been directed to be listed along with the other batch of transfer petitions. He states that in view of the decision taken by the Supreme Court to transfer all petitions raising the similar issue before it, the petitioner has no objection to the present petitions being also transferred to the Supreme Court, as and when Transfer Petition No.1202 of 2020 is allowed.

The present petitions are disposed of along with the pending applications, if any, with a direction to the Registry that as and when orders are received from the Supreme Court for the present petitions to be placed before it for being taken up along with the other petitions raising the same issue, appropriate steps shall be taken to transfer them to the Supreme Court at the earliest.
