This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.198 of 2018 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. 2 .

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.03.2019, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed on 06.06.2018 and the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.1396 of 2018. 4 .

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
