THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.33137 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the official respondents in not taking action against the respondent Nos.8 and 9 as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make an application to the officials concerned afresh. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for and with a further observation that as and when the petitioner makes such an application, the respondents are at liberty to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
