Heard Sri V.Venugopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General for respondents 1 & 2, Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent and Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent. 2.

The petitioner is a union challenging the notification, dated 16.07.2007, for verification of the majority unions operating in the 3rd respondent company and issuing election schedule without finalizing the dispute regarding code of discipline. 3.

Having regard to the prayer sought in the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
