In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A2 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 303 of 2013 of Korutla Police Station, Karimnagar District, which was registered for the offence under Section 160 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the copy of final result of Crime No. 303 of 2013 on the file of SubInspector of Police, Korutla and submitted that the case has been compromised and proceedings against A1 in Crime No. 303 of 2013 were already quashed in Crl.P.No. 1123 of 2013 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings against A2 in Crime No.303 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.
