This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order passed in I.A.No.981 of 2016 in O.S.No.206 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Family Court - cum - IX Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
