In this petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner - accused No.3 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.28 of 2018 on the file of Asif Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 384 448 and 506 IPC.

Having perused the contents of the FIR, this Court is of the considered view that the Investigating Officer shall strictly follow the guidelines rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the decision of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1 and also the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioner during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.
