This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the respondents in purporting to include the petitioner institution in the TS-Ed.CET-2019 counseling process ignoring the fact that the petitioner institution is a recognized minority educational institution as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 30 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to include the petitioner institution in TS.Ed.
CET-19 counseling process in the light of Minority Status Certificate granted in favour of the petitioner and direct the respondents to treat the petitioner institution as minority educational institution for all purposes and permit the petitioners to make admissions as a minority educational institution and declare that and the petitioners are entitled to admit students through TS-Ed.CET-AC(SW-II) and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dt.08.07.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.13837 of 2019.
Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 does not disputes the same.
In view of the same and for the reasons alike in WP.No.13837 of 2019, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners along with documents submitted them and take a decision before counselling starts and pending decision, the petitioners' colleges shall not be included in SW-I TS-Ed-CET-2019. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 09-07-2019 tk.
