Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Report received in detail and also the crime registered against the writ petitioner as A-2 along with one N.Gunnaiah and N.Satyanarayana and the report further shows Gunnaiah was surrendered and Satyanarayana was arrested and the petitioner/A-2 was also surrendered and they were enlarged on bail respectively and the investigation is in progress.

2) Therefore, by observing the interim order as holding good, not to interfere but for to the purpose of investigation any involvement of the crime and in other crime, the writ petition is closed.
