This application is filed for withdrawal of the arbitrator earlier appointed by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2025 from the arbitration proceedings in view of his appointment as Deputy Director (Legal) on 01.12.2025.

By order dated 27.02.2026, this Court proposed to appoint Mr. T.Muralidhar, retired District Judge, as an independent Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The order dated 27.02.2026 is extracted hereunder for easy reference: "Mr. B.Aravind Reddy, learned counsel appears for the applicant.
Mr. V.V.N.K.Sarath Saran, learned counsel appears for the respondent.
This Court, by order dated 21.11.2025, has appointed Mr. C.Venkatesh, a former District Judge, as an independent arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. However, the proposed Arbitrator has conveyed his inability to accept the appointment as Arbitrator on his reemployment as Deputy Director (Legal) in the institution of Lokayukta. Therefore, I propose to appoint Mr. V.Niranjan Rao, retired District Judge (presently residing at Villa No.6, MYP1 Green Castle, Gundla Pochampally Village, Medhal-Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad) as an independent Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The proposed Arbitrator is requested to submit his consent and a declaration in terms of Section 12(1) read with Schedule VI of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the proposed Arbitrator.

The proposed Arbitrator has submitted his consent along with a declaration under Section 12(1) read with Schedule VI of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") by letter dated 17.03.2026.

Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, submits that appointment of the proposed Arbitrator may be confirmed. 6.
In that view of the matter, I hereby appoint Mr. V.Niranjan Rao, retired District Judge (presently residing at Villa No.6, MYP1 Green Castle, Gundla Pochampally Village, Medhal-Malkajgiri District, Hyderabad; Mobile No: 9849195434) as an independent Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. 7.
Registry is directed to serve a xerox copy of the entire pleadings to the learned Arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator is requested to keep in mind the fee prescribed in Schedule IV of the Act and the time limit prescribed under Section 29A of the Act. 8.
I.A.No.1 of 2026 is disposed of accordingly.
