This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 19.7.2016 passed in I.A. No.607 of 2016 in O.S. No.356 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the first respondent present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court delivered the judgment in O.S.No.356 of 2006 on 29.3.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
