THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY W.P.NO.27277 OF 2016

O R D E R

In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent - Sub Registrar, Renigunta, Chittoor District, not to entertain the document presented by the 3rd respondent for registration on the ground that there is a civil dispute between him and the 3rd respondent.

It is well settled that disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Sub Registrar also cannot decide title. As on today, it appears that no injunction order has been brought to the notice of the 2nd respondent - Sub Registrars restraining him from registering the subject lands.

In view of these circumstances, I do not find any merit in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, this order will not preclude the petitioner for pursuing alternative remedy.
