It is the submission of the counsel for the petitioners that in the course of hearing of arguments trial court already delivered the judgment. Thus, if at all any appeal maintained, the petitioners is at liberty to take this plea also therein.

Accordingly and with the above observation, these criminal petitions are closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence.
