ORAL ORDER:

Heard Sri S.Ravi, learned senior counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The document presented for registration concerning the land to an extent of Ac.2.00 in Survey No. 124 Part, Gopanpally village, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy was refused for registration by endorsement dated 12.6.2019 on two grounds. First objection was with reference to non production of pattadar pass books and title deeds and second objection was with reference to Gazettee Notification issued by the Collector Ranga Reddy district on 26.9.2013. With reference to Gazettee Notification, this Court held that it as not valid in law, hence, following the same, the order of refusal is set aside to the extent of second objection.

Learned senior counsel, on first objection, sought to contend that on the subject property, 'No Objection Certificate' was granted on 16.10.2008, therefore, the land is clear from all other obstacles. 4.

With reference to first objection, it is for the petitioner to comply with the objection or go in appeal before the Registrar. If petitioner chooses to prefer appeal, it is open for the petitioner to take the above plea before the appellate authority. 5.
