THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the final notice issued by the 3rd respondent in B.A. No.44/2013/G1, dated 22.7.2014, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the final Notice B.A. No.44/2013/G1, dated 22.7.2014, issued by 3rd respondent."

This Court, today, by a separate detailed order disposed of W.V.M.P. No.2283 of 2014 filed in the writ petition for vacating interim order dt.28.07.2014. Mr. P. Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the said order, no further adjudication of the writ petition is necessary. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.26563 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
