After going through the copy of proceedings under which possession is stated to have been taken from the assignee, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks leave of the Court to work out remedies against resumption of assigned land etc ., before the Revenue Divisional Officer/ the District Collector.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
