HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.19759 of 2014 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the petitioners has informed the Court that since the issue raised in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed in W.P.No.25989 of 2014 and batch , dated 15.09.2022, which was dismissed by this Court, the present Writ Petition is also liable to be dismissed.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also dismissed by following the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25989 of 2014 and batch, dated 15.09.2022.
