Ms. K.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, reports no instructions.

Petitioner prays for mandamus in declaring the action of the respondents in not arresting the accused, or conducting investigation in FIR No.112/2012 of Gannavaram Police Station, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on respondents. The prayer is self-explanatory of the short and the long grievance of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on written instructions, submits that the 4th respondent, on receipt of FIR, had undertaken investigation, arrested the 1st accused on 12.1.2013 and charge sheet was filed. After taking note of the steps taken in the investigation, I am satisfied that the inaction complained of against the respondents, is not made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
