This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in investigating the case in FIR No.28/2018, dated 06.01.2018.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that in Crime No.28/2018, dated 06.01.2018, registered for the offences under Section 354 IPC, the investigation revealed that the petitioner/complainant lodged false complaint against the accused/4th respondent; that after obtaining permission from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Rajendernagar vide C.No.44/Cyb./ACP-RG/Cyb/18, dated 21.03.2018, after serving the notice to the complainant on 12.04.2018, final report as 'false' was filed on 12.04.2018 before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad and got Inward No.3766/2018, dated 23.05.2018.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
