This Revision is filed assailing the order dt.18-06-2019 in I.A.No.621 of 2019 in O.S.No.1386 of 2019 of the XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Petitioner herein is 4th defendant in the suit. 3.

On 18-06-2019, at the instance of the 1st respondent/plaintiff, an ad interim injunction had been granted against petitioner and others. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioner contends that though he has filed counter-affidavit in I.A.No.621 of 2019 to vacate the said order on 11-07-2019, the said Court is not taking up the matter. 5.

In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to decide I.A.No.621 of 2019 in O.S.No.1386 of 2019 on his file within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
