In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of nonregistration of a crime. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, would submit that a case in Crime No.144 of 2018 was registered by the Station House Officer, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad/3rd respondent herein, on 16.04.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427 & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In that view of the matter and as no cause survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
