Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the order dated 25.7.2017 as made in OA No.1495/2017 with VMAS 140/2017 and 119/2017 of the Honourable Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by setting aside the orders of transfer transferring the petitioner from Kandukuru to Udayagiri by the 1st respondent herein were kept in abeyance through his Proceedings No.Counselling/A1/2017, dated 25.5.2017 and quash the same." After arguing the case, Mr. S. Subba Reddy, learned counsel representing Smt. A. Varalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy against his transfer from Kandukuru to Udayagiri.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty in terms of the prayer made.
