This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.4 in registering the crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02-07-2019.

Learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.229 of 2019 is registered. Learned counsel further says that no further orders are required.
