Khadar Baba, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, the matter is posted to today under the caption "for withdrawal".

Permission as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, interim stay granted by this Court on 13.02.2012 is vacated and miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
