When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 5-8-2013, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothagudem III Town Police Station, Khammam District, would submit that in Cr.No.70 of 2013 of Kothagudem III Town Police Station, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.88 of 2013 on the file of A.J.F.C.M.Kothagudem and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner not present. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
