M. Vikram v. The Vice-Chairman And Managing Director
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.7882 of 2015 O R D E R:
It is the claim and case of the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred an Appeal on 19-03-2008 against the orders passed by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the respondent Corporation on 02-11-2006.
While I do not wish to enter into any debate at this stage as to whether the Appeal preferred by the petitioner on 19-03-2008 against an order dated 02-11-2006 is well within the time limit prescribed for the said purpose, since, it is claimed that no orders have been communicated to the petitioner on his Appeal, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to deal with the said Appeal in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in case the same is not decided so far and communicate the order passed thereon to the writ petitioner.
With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
