Heard Sri L.V.S. Nagaraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri K. Sitaram, learned standing counsel for respondents.

2. This court passed an interim order in WP MP No.16502 of 2015 in WP No.12541 of 2015 on dated 27.04.2015 directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.12.2014 submitted by the petitioner in terms of the order in W.A.No.1227 of 2002 & batch dated 20.08.2009. After issuing the said direction, the respondents considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and passed an order rejecting the claim made by the petitioner.

3. The contempt case is, therefore, closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order by way of separate writ or appropriate proceedings, as per law. No order as to costs.
